Board of Directors Kicks off 2020

The chapter board of directors kicked off 2020 with an offsite to discuss planning and growth within the organization for the new year. Chapter President Rick Lipsey began the face-to-face meeting with what went well in 2019 and what could be improved. Each board member went through their respective areas to include updates on future initiatives for 2020. "It's important that we meet in person and collectively collaborate as group for the best way forward," explained Lipsey. The growth of the chapter spurs new ideas for retaining current members and for planning new and innovative events and training classes. The chapter looks forward to developing the new initiatives and ideas that this offsite has produced.
