Cyber Security Summer Boot Camp Draws Ethical Hackers

Following the successful completion of the sixth year of the National Cyber Security Competition of the Czech Republic, which took place in May 2022 in Pilsen, in which almost 5,500 students participated, the first part of the Cyber Security Summer School was held at the end of June at the Czech Technical University, Prague campus.

More than 20 of the Czech Republic's best ethical hackers aged 16-25 participated in the summer school. Over the course of four days, they deepened their existing knowledge, got acquainted with new technologies and competition partners and completed several cyber exercises.

In August 2022, the second part of the summer school will take place in Brno with the support of the University of Defense and Masaryk University. As part of this summer school, a 10-member national team will be selected to represent the Czech Republic at the ECSC 2022 European finals in Vienna.

The national finals, summer schools and the Czech team's participation in the national finals would not have taken place without the support of partners. The main partners of the competition are CEZ, Corpus Solutions and Gordic.

On September 10, 2022, the seventh year of the National Cyber Security Competition of the Czech Republic will begin.
