Chapter Hosts Annual State of AFLCMC Address

In February, the chapter hosted the Annual State of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Address, featuring Lt. Gen. Donna Shipton, commander of the AFLCMC, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Gen. Shipton provided an insightful keynote address highlighting the AFLCMC vision of supporting Air Force Operational Imperatives, the accomplishments of the workforce at Hanscom Air Force as part of AFLCMC, the unique ecosystem in New England of federally funded research and development centers, universities and industry partners and how Air Force Materiel Command is preparing for the Great Power Competition. The chapter also presented a $5,000 check to Operation Warmheart, with Chief Master Sgt. Alan Weary, command chief master sergeant for the 66th Air Base Group, accepting.
