Riding for STEM

The chapter hosted the Los Angeles STEM Ride in July, starting in Redondo Beach, California. Twenty-, 40- and 65-mile routes were offered with Ride with GPS electronic navigation provided. Rest stops included Marina del Rey, Temescal Canyon and Palos Verdes, with more than 20 chapter volunteers supporting. Seventeen corporate sponsors and riders from across the country participated. Many participants wore the unique event jersey, featuring our country's 250th anniversary.
