| TURKIYE CHAPTER CHAPTER - Feb 18, 2008 |
In February the chapter held its 18th general assembly meeting at Aselsan Incorporated facilities in Ankara, Turkey. At the meeting, the chapter annual report for 2007 and chapter activity plan and budget for 2008 were discussed and unanimously accepted. Also, chapter officers for 2008 were unanimously elected and installed by members of the assembly. The officers include Col. I.Bora Büyüköner, TUA (Ret.), chapter president; Capt. Kamil Zafer Selçuk, TUN (Ret.), chapter secretary; Erdinç Og uz, vice president for activities and events; Esra Erkan, vice president for members and chapter services; and Burak Çelik, chapter treasurer and Young AFCEAN advisor. Members of the Board of Auditors of AFCEA Türkiye Chapter are: Y.Suat Bengür, Col. Yasar Köse, TUA (Ret.), and Zafer Dokuzo lu. |
