*To receive the member rate, you must be an active individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company. The timely passage of your clearance is important. If your clearance is not passed as required, you will not be able to attend the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted via email to kwatson@afcea.org. Registration cancellations received after COB after July 14, 2025 are not refundable.
Auditorium and Overflow Seating
Once the auditorium is filled, event presentations will be televised to adjacent rooms with overflow seating. Auditorium seating will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
