TS//SI/TK: Attendees must be U.S. citizens and have active, final granted TS//SI/TK clearances.
Timely passage of your clearance is important. If your clearance is not passed as required, you will not be able to attend the event.

Passing Visit Certifications
- The preferred method to receive a VAL/VAR is by password protected document through commercial email at: chantillyvisitorcontrol@aero.org.
- Classified email is also available on GWAN/CWAN/JWICS at aero-security-east@aero.ctr.nro.ic.gov (program security group).
- If unclassified/classified email is not available, clearances can be passed by the following unclassified methods:

Required Information
All clearances should be passed by a recognized security office and appropriate security representative.
Information to include on the VAL/VAR request:
- Full name: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth and Place of Birth
- Country of Citizenship
- Clearance Level (Unclassified, Secret, TS), Accesses (SI/TK). Note: Please list up to SI/TK only. DO NOT include additional accesses.

Intelligence Community Reciprocity
